The misty shower, the rush, the power, the captivating cascades. What is not to love about a roaring waterfall?

Just after 11:00 AM on September 22nd, a group of eight of us left Tomhegan, Maine and headed to Baxter State Park via the Golden Road. The dust coming off the Northern Road was intense, making visibility for the last car in our three-car caravan with zero visibility.
